I saw one that had nicotine in it for 7.99,.the next box straight hookah vapor, labeled and priced at., 99¢ but he wouldn't sell me then for that price. I insisted that..that was false advertising!!!!! He insisted he was theme boss and thats not going to happen.....I left.of hope this th gets out...thank you"
