"I am currently in the store now and have been for 30 minutes and no one asked to assist me nor was I greeted with a hello. I love love love this store but I won't be back. I will go to the Cerritos store where customer service is top notch. Maybe the two women that are currently working could take a lesson how Cerritos store treats their paying customers. This is ridiculous. I almost thought because I was Black but another nationality came in and received the same treat and that person turned around and left. Sidenote: I was the only person in the store looking for something to wear for my Anniversary. I repeat, I will not be back. Cerritos store greets you when you enter and they say good bye when you leave. While you're in the store Cerritos WHBM engage and ask if I need anything. These two ladies are pitiful and they just lost my money and service. I hope the manager was not one of them...older lady with white hair and younger woman. So Disappointed with Del Amo WHBM."
