"I went to try something on at the fitting room and how to get m spanx held at the door (of course ) the attendant put them back on the rack. They were the last pair and were taken before I came out.. she gave me back my earring and not the underwear. Why? When I asked her she said “ sorry, I didn’t know you wanted me to keep them” like what?!!! Why would you hold the earrings. PURE LAZINESS! I was so upset. Manager did nothing .. I just put all my purchases back and left.."

"I have had a bad experience at another windsor location and was dreading going. However, the employees at this location at Del Amo Mall were very helpful and kind. I needed a bridesmaid type of dress, and being 2 months pregnant, they were able to order both sizes just in case one didn't fit. I didn't have to be scrambling to find another one somewhere else. I bought the dresses 3 weeks before the wedding they arrived within 3 days of ordering."

"Came into this store just to look around for a holiday dress for a friend. Employee’s are very rude. Wanting to look at a jacket that I saw in the mannequin since I didn’t see anymore in the store. I grabbed it for I can see the style and a rude employer snatches the jacket from me and said I can’t grab any clothes from the mannequins. I apologize and she took the jacket to the cashier. After that I started to look around more to find similar jackets. During that process, 2-3 ladies who were employees started smirking and “keeping an eye on me”. When I asked any questions they quickly dismiss me. Absolutely not, I just quickly left. After that, never returning back."

"I came in visiting from the Pearland Town Center location in Texas because I wanted to see if our Oasis was being created nationwide as it should be, but I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. As I walked in I was not greeted and as an assistant manager I noticed 2 of the girls had keys so I am fully aware that I was not only not greeted by stylist, but management as well. As I shopped around I walked near 2 managers and 1 stylist and still was not greeted nor checked on to see if I need any assistance. Not only was I not given exemplary customer service, ever person after me was greeted as well as given immediate assistance which I am not understanding the reasoning for. As I checked out and made it known that I am a Windsor employee in Texas their demeanor still did not change. I am extremely disappointed in this location in regards to being a reflection of our company. Our Mission Statement, 4 Steps , and Windsor Values were all ignored , so I really hope that changes are made as soon as possible."
