The packaging was well padded and all contents within were in near immaculate condition. The shipping time was as quoted, which took 5 days. Prior to the purchase, I spoke by phone to a gentleman at the shop to confirm they had the item in stock, and he was very polite and professional. This was a great online purchase experience."
