"I went into O’Reilly to purchase a battery. For a truck that I was borrowing I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name at the counter because he was absolutely amazing not only did he get a battery for me he put it in the truck then the truck still didn’t operate because the alarm went off he sat there with me for about an hour and try to figure out how to get the truck to work. After it didn’t work he checked my old battery which actually worked fine put it back in and then I ended up having to get it all but that wasn’t his fault. I just wanna let you know that this auto parts store at least one of their team members is phenomenal and knows how to give customer service so I want to thank you very much I appreciate it"
"Nice little location for auto parts!!!! I had to exchange a wiper blade I bought from a different location that was the wrong part number. The person helping at the counter was super helpful and really nice, he made the transaction easy which was awesome! He also helped me get the proper oil filter and oil for my In-Law’s car, while helping to find a good deal on the oil change package! I would come back to this location just because of my experience here!"
