"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER my husband and I went in there to buy a drink I’m 28 my husband is 33 I showed the cashier my drivers license as my husband forgot his wallet. The guy was extremely rude about him not having his ID on him and when I asked if I could just buy the two myself he refused to let me buy the one at the counter and tried to get me to walk to go get a different one with no actual answer as to why. I also work in a 21+ store and would never treat new customers that way he stared at us the entire time as if we were going to steal something. We were hoping to find a new local liquor store as we live near by but this is the most unwelcoming, poorly staffed, and in my opinion the worst liquor store in Torrance. The 7-11 on emerald kills it in customer service tho so I would recommend going there instead of this place."

"In my 3 times being at this store I had to explain what I needed multiple times because the skinny cashier couldn’t understand what I was asking for, u would think that being in the city of Torrance that they would have an English speaking cashier.... took my business over to Caps n Corks where they at least speak proper ENGLISH"

"You received 1 star because you were open late. The Korean store owner was extremely rude. I bought a scratch off and scratched it in the store...he flicked the shaving on me....not giving me time to clean the counter off....and said next time you take it outside. I'm in Torrance on vacation, I look and I am very professional. I will never recommend this store to my worst enemy nor will I patronize him again. There were plenty of health violations going on in the store. Stop giving business to rude and unprofessional merchants....Good Customer Service Goes a long way. There are plenty other businesses to choose from..."
