"Came in to get oil for my car, I had never been to an O'Reilly store before and was a little confused on the store set up. I'm use to seen cashiers up front and a parts counter in the back and this particular store did not have the cashiers section it's all done from the parts counter in the back of the store. I found my engine oil and heading to the parts counter in the back to pay and the gentleman that was there was there was helping some one else and briefly asked the customer to hold on for a second and pointed his focused towards me to let me know he pr another staff member would be right with me. I thought that was very polite and professional of him to do. With in a few moments I was able to pay and head out on my way and thought the staff was very professional and prompt to help. I like this store a lot and will be returning"
