"I went to Macy’s in Del Amo mall, to make a return, I have been a loyal Macy’s shopper for 10 years, and I am a platinum card holder. I have never had any complaints with there Customer service either in store or over the phone. However, today I was assisted while making a return by a very rude employee, his name is Savuille And he was very rude and arrogant. He did not greet me, and was totally bothered by Assisting me .His Attitude is the worst I have ever seen by far a department store let alone a Macy’s store ."

"I don’t know if this is their clothing store, because I do know they have 2 different Macys in this mall. But the clothing sales girls in the men section were really helpful and friendly. They did not seem rushed at all and had time to answer questions. They even allowed me to check out fairly quickly, and was in and out within 5 minutes."

"I am shopping online at Macy's from now on if I shop there again. I had to get a last-minute Christmas gift, and the staff at Macy's in Torrance was absolutely not in their best spirit. I watched a staff just being rude with a bad attitude to a customer because she had an item without a price tag. Well, tagging merchandise isn't also their jobs? The line held up because of it. Not their best practices when an item shows up without a price."

"I just wanted to give a shout out to Michelle who is the retailer helping me on Thursday evening. My husband and I were looking for a suit jacket. She went above and beyond helping us find the size. I love Macy’s Torrance, they have everything."

"Store is absolutely beautiful. Lots of things to choose from. Had a wonderful experience. Had a good personal experience. We had purchased a few things online during Thanksgiving. Had to return a couple of things. The customer service was good and hastle free. To our surprise the amount was refunded immediately on the credit card. Do visit this place for an excellent experience as part of Del Amo Fashion Center shopping complex."
