While the treatment itself was fine, I was taken aback when I was told that I needed to purchase a $70 serum in order for the treatment to be effective. The nurse was insistent, implying that the entire treatment would be pointless without this purchase. I believe that customers should have the freedom to make their own choices when it comes to additional purchases, and feeling pressured in this way was uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a more transparent and respectful approach to informing me about the serum's benefits rather than feeling coerced. Overall, my experience at Skin Laundry was overshadowed by this sales tactic, and it's unfortunate because the treatment itself was decent. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and considers reevaluating their approach to customer interactions."
