"Most of the employees behave rudely, are obnoxious, and punctuality to them seems to be a lost concept. Also, if you speak with them, or complain about anything, they start speaking amongst themselves in their native language, which, when the customer does not speak or understand, is very unprofessional and impolite. 0 stars."

I went with my wife and daughter to Q-Nails, and they were so friendly and understanding and warmly welcomed me to try a pedicure, without judgement. Long story short .. that was over 4 years ago, and I've been a happy and satisfied regular customer ever since! Not only have my toenails improved from my 1st visit, I've truly made great FRIENDS! "This place is amazing. Cindy and Yen were so welcoming and friendly. They went way out of their way to make me comfortable. Yen did 3/4 inch pointed nails. Yen did the best set of nails ive ever had. She did them exactly how i like them. Shes amazing. Cindy was so sweet and chatty. An absolutly lovely woman. She gave me a great pedicure!
