"I’ve been going to VIP Nails for almost a year since they took over the new ownership. At the beginning they treat you well and accommodate to best they can. I wanted to support the new business, but since their business picked up and got busier with new clients, the manager seems to forget their loyal customers. I called 3times to make appointment but I was told nothing available. As an owner of a salon and spa business, he should always be involved in coming to a resolution over a client complaint but he didn’t care. Going to look for a reputable and trustworthy nail salon."

"I have been a customer of VIP for years; they are the absolute best! They have gone above and beyond to alter their salon to meet the new health and safety standards. Three color dip powder, c'mon...awesome! The prices are reasonable and they never rush you. You always feel pampered when you leave. This once very busy salon has just reopened a few weeks ago.... lets give them our business! Too many good businesses have been lost in Newbury Park due to COVID. Ken is an expert on gel, acrylic and dip powder, you won't be disappointed."
