Reviews
"Redirected to the incorrect people from the legal system; might be more efficient to speak with a Lawyer after researching which kind it is you would need to speak with online. It's not to say that the people who work here are not able to do their work, I t seems they are overloaded with inaccurate referrals and do not have the man power to help as needed. Try other hotlines if you cannot get help with expediency. When in crisis a practicing lawyer is the best option for time constraints. Legal assistance is always a good idea and at the least there is an office for it, but we can do better here in Napa can't we."
"These people are liars, and take advantage of people with mental illness that have no money. During late 2017, when my mental illness was bad, and I was in a separation and left with no money and pretty much nothing and no way to complete my divorce. They claimed they were going to help me. They even gave me numbers to call so I could get Help the numbers they gave me lead to nowhere. No one called me back. No one helped me with nothing."
"Great people working there very helpful"
"Unable to contact. Tried for 3 days and never a call back"
"There are no lawyers available during this time. And if you do get a hold of one, they can only help with things like restraining orders and you'd have to jump through hoops and possibly pay money for that! So, my suggestion is to try to get a free consultation with a real lawyer!"
