"We have worked with Bernie for other things and I did not expect such neglect and unprofessionalism from him and his staff. We had purchased some insurance through Bernie and his team, this transaction was smooth and easy. After a year we were offered a better rate elsewhere and decided to move on. The staff assured us our cancellation went through no problem. However, every month we receive a collections statement from a third party company saying we owe them a payment for the insurance policy that has since been cancelled. We have called every month, several times a month, Bernie is conveniently never available. We have left countless messages with Bernie's staff, his answering service team and his voicemail. No return phone call, no solution. Very disappointing."
