"Just left there, the guy clerk made a awful face and told me he doesn't open until 4, funny all the ampm's are open except his. I didn't stop by any other because this one is closer to work and now I'm screwed. The girls at mid morning are awesome!! But the night shift guy sucks!!!"

"AMPM stores are rated so low for a reason. Bad quality. Bad customer service. They should just tear this down and put tree's in the area."

"I filled my travel cup with a cold drink and took it to the cashier. She told me that they did not allow people to fill their own cups, then she just looked at me. I asked her if she wnted me to pour out the contents or pay for it, or what. She told me again that people weren’t allowed to fill their personal cups because it is unsanitary. Again I asked her what she wanted me to do at that point. Maybe she didn’t understand me because she just looked at me. I paid and left, BUT there are some problems at this store: #1 If that is their policy, they need to have signs up in the beverage area stating the policy, because once a person fills their cup and takes it to the cashier, it’s too late. #2 When I go to Starbucks, I hand them my cup, without the lid, they fill it with my beverage of choice and we are all fine. #3 Our Earth Is clogged with billions of tons of trash and plastic. I am doing what I can to help, like always using my travel cup. Why does the manager of this store insist on trashing our planet. #4 I have worked in food service, with health inspecters, and I have a pretty good head on my shoulders. More germs are passed by the people pushing the button to dispense the drink with dirty germy hands then you could ever share by putting your cup under the spout, lid off, to fill your cup. In fact, no germs could be shared by putting my cup under the dispenser. I will do some research to find if this is AM/PM’s policy, or just this one location. But I will not buy anything from this particular store because of the way this was presented to me, the lack of a solution offered, and the lack of environmental awareness being demonstrated. There are many other businesses that are happy to take my money."
