"I needed to find a self washing station for my dog. I live in the mountains one hour from town. This locations website stated that they have a dog washing station. I drove all the way down there to find out they did not. A bit upsetting. However, since I drove from so far I found another place nearbye. One of the cashier's even told me she didn't know why their website states they have a dog washing station there because they don't. Why wouldn't she inform her manager so they can remove that? I do like this place for other needs though. When I ask some of the employees a question they don't seem to know the answers or try and find out."
"Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful when available. I get all of my feed for my animals from this location. Being located just off the freeway makes it a convenient stop."

"Horrible customer service. Mean and rude clerks. El centro location is super friendly and informative. Unlike this location. Spent $3000 on a brand new log splitter. Tire wasn't aired up as they were rushing me out of the store. Had to wait on side of road for 2 hrs. And pay $200 for roadside assistance. Tire still wouldn't hold air. Paid a different tire guy to put a tube in Tire for Temporary fix. Then when I call the store, I get ridiculed by the store, and assume I'm not getting reimbursed. Do not go to this store. They Definitely don't have customers best interest at hand."
"Don't let the name fool you they sell more than tractor parts. Pet foods and needs, motorcycles, farming equipment, even toys like good quality toys. Staff was really helpful and attentive but not pushy which is nice. Prices are reasonable and parking is plentiful"
