"Fine with management except one kept trying to get me introuble and accusing me of things and kept being told I was being watch so I left if I’m not comfortable I rather not work change the management or educate on how to be professional.."

"Theresa, the store manager, was EXTREMELY rude. She took over checking out a lane I was in to do a certain type of special transaction, not sure what, but she seemed to know it would take a while as she kept asking people not to unload their carts behind me (I had already put my groceries on the belt). She turned 5 people away behind me to go to other lines without a word to me. On the 5th customer turned away, I finally asked why she was sending all these people away and didn't bother telling me it would be a wait. She said "because you already unloaded your groceries." And I let her know if it would be a wait, I could pack my things up, but that it was frustrating for her to allow so many others to go ahead of me in line while I sat there waiting. She was extremely rude and said "fine let's do that then." And proceeded to throw several dense, heavy items back into my cart on top of my other groceries. She called over another cashier to check me out but rolled her eyes and loudly said to the cashier "she's mad." As I walked away. I told her I was mad at her, not at this new cashier who did not do anything wrong. To which she replied "that's fine, you can be mad at me." The cashier, Christina, who eventually rang me up, was very pleasant and did a great job, but the fact that Theresa is a manager there is concerning. She is not the type of person who should be in a leadership position with her absolutely abysmal customer service skills."

"Smart 'N Final is my one-stop shop. They've got everything I need. I am impressed with their quality of produce at good prices. Plus, they are the closest grocery store to me. I like Costco's prices, but not the traffic, parking, and shopping cart traffic inside that big box store. I also like Trader Joe's, but it's too far to drive for a few items. I'd give 5 stars if the checkout lines moved quicker. They tend to be often understaffed at the registers."

"Went in morning a little while back and store is great. I find great deals on the food I'm buying. Customer service is great there. Michael one of the cashiers there is great and he went out of his way to help me with finding a item I was looking for and he helped me out a lot. Excellent customer service from Michael and he was very fast at check out. Brian in the produce department is great as well great customer service."

"The store is located off of Fletcher Parkway and easy to access from the road. The parking lot is large and able to easily accommodate various sized cars. There is handicap parking available. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection of products. We often shop here for large scale events and never have a problem finding the items we need. The produce and meat has always been fresh. The prices are reasonable."
