"This location is closing. That should be no excuse for rude managers and shady practices. I just bought a graphic calculator. I scanned the price in the app and it cost $70 approx. I did not catch the split second the price showed up when scanned. I noticed after I had swiped my card and took a few steps out the store. I took a look at the receipt and realized that the price of the calculator showed up as $103 and not $70. I quickly walked back and told the store manager who was at the door the mistake. He stated it doesn’t matter what the app said and there is no refunds. If I knew the price was going to differ or caught the specific price in that split second I would not buy it. He was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason and continued to say I should have been glancing at the total the whole time. The second manager stated the same in a rude manner. It is unprofessional and a simple miscommunication for a price. Just because your store is closing doesn’t mean the you can treat customers in an unprofessional manner and rip them off."

"They have an amazing second floor. Always in stock. Must say I’m INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING IN TWO MONTHS DUE TO HIGH THEFT. That means YOU, the community, couldn’t raise your children right, couldn’t influence your siblings better, refused to stand up to your friends and possibly watched others be greedy. This community shouldn’t have to lose businesses because it can’t adapt and educate itself. Work for your life people; stop taking from others."

"Sad to see this place go. I’m more inland but when I come to El Cajon I come here. I don’t see the issue here. Decent prices, items available when I wanted, decent service, short lines. I liked how it had two levels this one and La Mesa the only one to have. Sad to see this one and my neighborhood location go. So this answers another recent comment of why they don’t see happy to be here. They found out before us."

"It's hit and miss here and you never know what you're going to get. If you're going in and no exactly what you're getting you will probably be ok, unless all of a sudden they do not carry that item any longer for some reason. If you have to go to customer service I would call prior to make sure they are open as the posted operating times for customer service mean nothing. If it's anything else it seems they make it up as they go. One way today, completely different tomorrow. I had an issue once and when I called and I asked for the store manager he was to busy and sent someone else. The thing is, I was standing not 20 feet away from the manager who was just standing there having idle conversation. When I called corporate I was assured I would be getting a call back regarding this. Never happened. Unfortunately, their heads are as big as their stores and they see we need them, they don't need us"

"I purchased seven T-shirts in different colors. They had plenty of stock and a lot of choices to choose from. I needed some long sleeve T's for the cooler weather. Glad I came in. And the prices were great, $5.99 and $4.99 and good quality, cotton material. You can't beat that anywhere! I came in at noon on a Wednesday and there were no crowds. Great time to shop. Wonderful experience all in all."
