"Love this store!!! Angie is excellent, she always provides EXCELLENT customer service. I used to avoid buying my groceries from Ralph’s because of the prices, but she helped my dad and I by signing up with a phone number which saved us TONS of money. She’s always SO sweet and kind, I am unsure what her position is, but she should be promoted to a management position with a raise, immediately!!! I will never buy groceries anywhere else as long as she is working there. if she’s not a manager already, someone should promote her!!"

"Normally this has been my #1 Ralph's. This post actually has nothing to do with the store because it is clean and in order. However, JERRY (Store Mgr) he SO UNPLEASANT it's to the point that I'm posting this review. We greeted him, he didn't reply, we informed him of the 12pks of sodas in the cart, so that he can scan (as they normally do) he said NO PULL THEM OUT, that's a 1st. We packed the groceries because he nor anyone else were. He didn't even have the courtesy to say Thank You. When we are spending an average of $1,000 (One thousand dollars) a month we deserve to at least have courteous cashier's. I'm sorry if he's having a bad day, or frustrated, or what not...but how is he being an example to the rest of the team members. We must always keep in mind it's the Customer's that fund our paychecks no matter what industry we are in."

"The layout of this store leaves a lot to be desired, but it has a good selection of fresh food and wine. Unfortunately, every time I come here (which is rarely), few of the sale prices ring up at the checkout counter and the checkers just don't care. I bought 4 items yesterday, 2 were on sale, and I got screwed on both. I'll just drive a little further and go to Albertson's from now on."

"Organized and clean grocery store in the Ranchi San Diego area. Their produce is fresh and the store is welcoming. Perfect for Thanksgiving shopping and for organic and other zero sugar zero fat products for people on diet. They have a selection of vegan too. Their bakery is not comparable to Albertsons across the street. I prefer Albertsons more due to the more variety and the freshness of the cakes their"

"The store was very clean and organized, we found what we needed right away the staff was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you for providing a great selection at a fair price. We will be back, oh, and by the way, you're the only ones around who carry the Cherry strudel bites. That's 92.7% of the reason we come here. Please keep it up!"
