"On 7/09-23 cashier could not speak. English said I had to speak Spanish barely spoke. English said that she could not accept partial payment in cash and partial payment and debit to buy cigarettes. It was 5 o’clock in the morning and I don’t know I’ve been coming to the store for 30 years never had the problem paying partial cash partial debit card and I don’t know how to do it and she still refuse to take partial payment in cash partial payment and debit so I could not pay that way at 7-Eleven down the street and got the same partial payment personal debit card to pay for my cigarettes no problem customer service was rude at the am pm she called me the b word in Spanish I don’t believe that the cashier should be working at this am pm cursing at At customer because she doesn’t know how to do partial payment in cash and partial payment with a debit card. This customer service representative was rude disrespectful and was on her phone texting or on the internet the whole time she should not be working for am pm"
