"I went to use the restroom and they said it was locked and somebody blew it up. They say it happens all the time which is why it's always locked but it kind of sounds sketchy to me."

"The pharmacy is always slammed but they are all patient and kind workers. I never once have felt minimized or rushed. I usually go through the drive thru. You can tell it’s a stressful position because the line is normally wrapped around the building. Every occasion they are kind, are sure to ask if I have questions and last night I went and one of the medicines wasn’t covered by my insurance, they found coupons for me as well as got other over the counter medicine for me because I had my sick son in the car. The staff there goes above and beyond and that’s something that should be talked about."

"I have been going to this Walgreens for years and the pharmacy for about two years, well today was a VERY unpleasant experience. The older lady with glasses working the pharmacy drive through tonight was SO frickin rude! I had been standing in the line for over 20 minutes while the four workers behind the pharmacy counter are having a brain implosion trying to handle the few customers, so excuse me for my frustration, finally I get up to the window and again wait about 10 minutes and I spoke into my phone to let my work know I’d been in line for 20 minutes and the older woman with the glasses says “I’m sorry do you not see how busy we are!?” Very rudely, my response was “I’m sorry did you think I was talking to you because I wasn’t”. This worker shouldn’t work with the public, she as a professional should have just bit her tongue and left it alone. I had every right to be annoyed. Period."
