"couples massage is $500 advertised as $175 and it’s extremely mediocre. when you call they tell you it’s 175 and fail to tell you it’s per person, then charge 20% gratuity to top it off. extremely misleading"

"DO NOT GET YOUR COLOR DONE HERE!!! I stupidly decided to cheat on my hair stylist and get a root retouch here for the New Year (my blondies know the upkeep struggle is real) and went to get a $175 highlight service. The spa was nice- stylist nice- what wasn’t nice? The fact that I got zero lift. Looks like I had nothing done. ++++ after long hair surcharge and some awful additional conditioner that made my hair fall out in chunks- and I’m out almost $300 and IT LOOKS LIKE NOTHING WAS DONE. I decided to reach out the Spa about my concerns- the fact that I still had roots and that my hair was falling out- and received a short response- no greeting- no I’m sorry- no customer service- nothing. Beware- just wait until you get home- either their products are subpar or the time is not taken to do things well here."

"Really nice people! Terrible manicure and pedicure. My daughters pedicure was already wearing off the very afternoon that she got it. I got a manicure and within a few days it was wearing off. I paid $225 for manicure and daughter's pedicure."

"Overpriced for a mediocre experience. I scheduled a couple's massage with my husband. Initially, they got my husband's name wrong. Not a big deal, but it was kind of awkward. The relaxation room was a bit disappointing- no ambiance. The massage therapists were perfectly kind and respectful but my therapist finished before my husband's. I think she was afraid she'd hurt me, so she more or less caressed me for 50 minutes. It was fine, just not worth almost $500 with the recommended tip. Just my experience."

"The customer service was wonderful however the quality of the hair treatments I received was less than satisfactory. I had hoped to get a layered trim and style during my stay here. My hair came out very choppy, blunt, and uneven. While I felt very welcome and the staff was both friendly and professional, it was not nearly enough to make up for the outcome of the subpar haircut. Would not recommend for hair services."
