Walmart Supercenter

"Absolutely the worst customer service of any Walmart that I've ever been in. I went to the Walmart in Fairview Tennessee and the item I needed was out of stock. I had just enough time to make it to the Charlotte bike store in West Nashville about 15 minutes before they closed. The night shift manager refused to let me in. I needed one item for my computer. It was 15 minutes before closing time, but they had already closed. And the night manager could care less that I had driven 35 minutes to get there before they closed. I wish I knew what happened to the Walmart that I grew up with."

"Someone needs to start paying attention to the food freshness. I had to return deli meat recently due to the meat being spoiled. Had to return deli cheese as the lady chopped the cheese up into bits instead of slices. Had to return turkey sausage because I realized just after I bought it that it was three weeks past the expiration date. And I just got home to eat some pre-packaged deli macaroni and the seal is broken. Oh yeah, and my mild spoiled about four days before the expiration date recently. What is going on at this location???? I've been going here for years and I've never had an issue."

"The only complaint I have about walmart is that there are never enough checkers. They seem to have plenty of shoppers. I am 69. I don't want to self check a weeks groceries. Otherwise, the store was great. Clean, well organized, helpful staff."

"It's a Walmart. I will say that this store was clean and organized. Some stores look like a bomb went off in there, especially around Christmas, which is when I went but not this store. The clothes section looked nice with everything folded and right where it was supposed to be. Everyone of the associates that I talked to offered to help me and were very nice. Thank you."

"Just a bad place to go period. The auto department is useless I would tell anyone to stray away from them for anything auto related for repair. This image is from a oil shop that had to take so much time to get off the oil filter due to Walmart doing a horrible job putting it on. The guys said the tech must have not hand tighten it and used a tool which is not standard practice. So it took them more time and cost me more money. I told the shop I went to Walmart last time and he said that place is full of basically students who don't have really experience. So don't take your car truck or anything their for anything auto related. You'll be paying more money down the road. I've had so many problems before with Walmart and this time I am no going back. They say they do things by the manufacture standards but they don't. Last year I brought my truck in with one flat tire they said was not repairable. And was trying to force me to buy 4 new tires due to they said was the manufactures recommendation which I did. I called Dodge and they said this is not true if the truck is selectable 4 wheel drive then you can replace a single tire. I went back and got the manager on the phone with Dodge and he looked so stupid. Then goes on to say afterwords "Its Walmarts recommendation" I wrote Walmart corporate which never replied. So they do things the way they want them done with tech who are training and have no real knowledge. So please don't take your car, truck or anything to Walmart spend a few extra bucks and take it to a real shop."
