"Great place to walk/run, trail is paved and relatively flat. There is a an extended trail at the end of the paved one or you can make it a loop and turn off on the gravel… that can go back to the parking lot… it’s where the sunflowers and silo are. Dog and bike friendly. Sunflowers every other year. No bathrooms, but there are public restrooms down the road at ijams. Recommend bug spray."
"Love the sunflower fields! Such a beautiful treat. You can bike the trails or walk them to see the many fields of sunflowers."
"Beautiful area! We attended the sunflower event Saturday and were excited to learn more about the history of this place and how it is managed by TWMA. Gorgeous sunflowers!"
"Cool area. Well groomed and also paved trails. Extreme downhill biking as well as easy to advanced standard trail biking available. There's a big difference between the two, so don't get them mixed up if you don't have a full face helmet We went for the sunflowers. They plant them for the pollinators. Pretty awesome. Massive fields of them. I don't think you're supposed to pick them, though some people do. Don't be that guy (or gal). Boat launches into the river, swimming areas, lots of East Tennessee coolness."
