"Fantastic RV park. We loved it. It’s well maintained. The employees are all very nice. The water park was right there by our coach on the other side of the fence ."
"Booked Nashville Shores Rv Resorr based off speaking to them at the Tampa RV Show 2023. We normally stay at the Nashville KOA. Nashville Shores is far from new, nor well maintained nor an rv resort We booked 2 premium sites, which were new concrete. They might of had 12-14 newer sites. The rest was old cracked moldy concrete sites. Spoke with the office several times about the cable tv not working and having our water shut off by people using the small rocky beach area to wash their feet. We might as well talked to a wall, nothing was ever done and the office staff could have really cared less. If this park is pitching to higher end clientele, big coach owners, they need to step up their game in the rv resort world. Super tight entry toll style booth and terrible rotting pavement roads need help. Now the water park. 1/2 is clean/newer. Other is in need of a serious cleaning and maintenance. Their slogan So New, So Close, So Fun, They better do some serious work to get their. Our rig is a 2018 HR Endeavor 44H"
"Stayed at Nashville Shores for 5 nights. Although, I had a great site off the lake, I feel as if the price was a bit much. The restrooms were a mess the entire week, most days there were not even any tissue. There are 3 run down showers, the laundry room stunk so bad with mildew. I would not dare to shower or was my clothes in these facilities. We left a day early due to storms and the waterpark not opening back up after the storms. I feel they need some upgrades for the amount of money they charge per site."
"Was so excited to come to Nashville had a Fri-Fri trip planned only to get to the camp ground and pay $218 extra for the water park. No activities for the campers nothing for kids to do besides only the water park. The water park was open to the public as well so it was so beyond packed we left half way through the day and couldn’t enjoy it. Some days didn’t even go it was so packed. We had people from the public (not campers) trying to go use the bathrooms in the campground. They had a water park night for staff only to enjoy the water park after hours and a movie in the wave pool for the employees ONLY. Bathrooms were gross wouldn’t even shower in them.. staff was very nice and the site we had was a good size. We ended up leaving Thursday morning we were just over it all.."
"Overall our experience has not been a good customer experience. Construction was going on by our site which was not advertised when making our reservations. The water park was only opened on weekends. The Wi-Fi is poor. The trash pick up did not occur for over a week with calling the front office to remind them to get it picked up. The “dog garbage” stand was not picked up for over a week, therefore not providing an environment that you could enjoy sitting outside by the lake during the day as well as having a camp fire in the evening. Not a good customer experience of which we didn’t obtain our “bang for our buck”. Will not return."
