"Came into the deli looking for my favorite French-style ham. I was greeted by a smile from Alfonso who was eager to help me out. I enjoy my ham thinly sliced and he showed me an example of how thin he would cut it before cutting up a pound which I appreciate. Afterward, I let him know I wanted some pepper jack cheese and told him how I enjoy Muenster cheese but just wished it was a bit spicy. He immediately recommended the Muenster with jalapeño which I had no idea existed. He then went above and beyond and offered me a sample to make sure it was to my liking. Great attitude great customer service this guy deserves a raise and promotion! Writing this while enjoying my sandwich!"
"Love this store, so many different Middle Eastern items you normally can't find. They are on their game with customer service. The Smokehouse inside is Excellent, just wish they'd open earlier than 11. Ample, free parking."
"One of the best John's stores in LA area, large, very clean, decent parking, plenty and diverse products, and you can grab and enjoy on the spot a fresh barbeque rack of ribs. They even have Hello Kitty branded drinks."
