"This was a commercial gym with lots of equipment and an overall solid setup. The gym goers were very courteous and friendly. I’m from LA and not seeing anybody with a tripod and camera was cool(not against it but it shows everybody is there to get there workout on and go). There was a lot of pretty advanced gym equipment, solid weight selection. Olympic lifting and crossfit style section. It had everything minus a pool and a basketball court. For the day pass or week pass it’s definitely worth it. The gym etiquette rules is a solid indicator of why it’s an awesome workout spot. Thanks to Ashley for helping me setup my week pass. I’d definitely use this gym again. It can get pretty crowded on peak times and parking can be tedious but the gym itself is solid."

"Best commercial gym I’ve been to. People that say that the gym is overpriced literally do not understand the amount of high quality equipment that this gym has. What commercial gym can you find Eleiko Oly bars, plates, or adjustable benches? Or Kabuki Strength specialty bars? They have all sort of machines for your bodybuilding needs. The recovery area is also nice bonus. Overall, this is the first commercial gym that I’ve been to where I didn’t have to adjust my program when traveling due to lack of equipment."

"I’m always looking for a good gym when I travel and QNTM did not disappoint. I paid for a guest pass and it was good for 24hrs so I was able to come twice (which is exactly what I needed) for the price of a single guest pass. This is a true lifters gym. Which I love. If you’re a bodybuilder, or performance athlete this is the spot for you. It’s not a stuffy uptight no noise or your out gym. The staff was very nice. And made getting everything easy. The equipment selection was very good and even during a very crowed rd time there was many options for equipment so I didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend QNTM Fitness for anyone visiting the Nashville area in need of a solid lifters gym."

"Great facilities. A gym with plenty of equipment. More than you know what to do with. A CrossFit style room, cardio equipment, a stretching zone and studio too. You could spend hours in here. Staff were fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. If they could pack up and come to the UK I’d be very grateful haha!"
