"Felicita mini park is now a place for the homeless to hang out. I understand this park is for everyone, but when the homeless are sleeping and hanging out here, people don't want to go. Homeless have a right to be in the park, but when they are up to no good (using drugs, intoxicated, littering, spreading there belonging everywhere and using the bathroom), this creates a safety hazard from the general public. There is no swings or other amenities so the park is sort of worthless now."
