"Hadn’t been to one in a long time. The menu was surprisingly extensive - tons of choices, ranging from pasta or salmon to gigantic fresh salads. (I had a chopped salad that had avocado, bacon, chicken, etc. & highly recommend.) The warm bread was also an unexpected treat. Service was fine, just wish the outside heaters had been on (we did ask). Spacious inside & out, mall parking plentiful."

"So Cheesecake Factory used to not take reservations, which made it not a place i considered for planned birthday dinners or larger groups. Recently however with their rewards program, they started allowing reservations, which i thought would improve the wait. Not correct. I made a reservation for 6:30 for a group of 5. We were not seated until 22 minutes later. So beware, those of you making reservations, you may not actually be seated at the time of your reservation . What made up for this was the excellent service by the staff. Very amicable and very charming - made me forget how irked I was about the late seating. Also, their menu changed since Covid - so be aware if you have old time favorites. Mine was the Factory Burrito Grande, which was not on the menu at this location. Overall, would I go to this Cheesecake factory again? Maybe but at a time less crowded to see if that helps the seating time."

"It's my favorite restaurant, and my 3rd time eating at this location but unfortunately our meals were not as great. Attention was great, nice and fast though. Hopefully next time it's better."

"I came here to celebrate a birthday, and the overall experience was very nice. The service was wonderful, but the food did take a bit to come out, as did the cheesecake. The food here has always been hit or miss, and this time around I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I enjoyed it. I also love their selection of drinks, and ordered the J.W. pink lemonade which I thoroughly enjoyed! The atmosphere here is wonderful and is a great place to bring family for a little get together. The cheesecake is very good, and my favorite is the celebration cheesecake flavor. They were very accommodating of our large party, as well as the one baby we had with us. Our server was lovely and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, it was a fun place to celebrate a birthday!"
