"I’ve been to and ordered enough Starbucks to know when the drink was not made right. It tasted water down (milked down). I ordered a grande with 3 shots of espresso… it tasted like they used pour over coffee. Just slightly disappointed since you pay good money for these drinks."

"Didn't say my name right so I didn't hear, left me sitting for over 20 mins while my order was ready even tho they clearly knew it was for me."

"Worst Starburcks I’ve visited in the world. It has all the atmosphere of a gas station Jack in the Box. The worst part was the service. 3 workers there, nobody made eye contact or greeted us in 10-15 minutes. They were all heads down busying themselves with minutia. The one that appeared to operate the cash register took one order in 15 minutes and spent the rest of the time waiting for the pastry she threw in the microwave to warm. The other two never broke character from, ‘I’m an extra in a movie and can’t look at the camera.’ I want to add that there was hardly anyone in the store and it was almost 4pm (not exactly prime coffee hours). We just walked out without ordering after almost 15 minutes!!! Stay away from this place."

"I love my coffee treated myself to a caramel macchiato for my birthday other than that coffee is pretty expensive I'd rather spend my money on my family then a cup of coffee every morning"

"There is no where to sit, really. It's hard to find parking also. The girl at the register was very nice, but the ppl making the drinks were kind of rude, and my drink was dripping all over."
