"Disappointed from this branch when i Bought 2 grande of honey citrus mint tea.. when it was handed to me, i was like.. hold on wheres the tea bag paper that is usually hanging outside? They usually serve it with two cups, but it didnt. Did i order it right?.. and i found out, the whole tea bags including that little paper are all inside. In one cup maybe? But i bought 2! And those two are having 2 tea bags each. Really? What a Sloppy Job! Lazy? or lack of training?. Didn't encounter this service from other branches.. only in your branch!"
