"I had 23 year old tattoos that needed covering. I had another person scheduled to do the tattoos ut she flaked. I walked into this random place by my house and Low the owner was very nice and welcoming, gave me Tiffany's number, who specializes in the covering. She responded right away, told her what I wanted and she put together what it would look like and sent me some photos. I went and had them done a wk later as things were going so well, I had her due an unexpected new one on my back. Tiffany was great, professional and friendly. She helped me alot on coloring, how it was written on my body. Don't let her young age fool you, she knows what she is doing and is experienced. She and Low are good together, friendly, welcoming business. If you want you tattoos done, here is the place to be and reasonable pricing as well."
