"Price was great. Installation went quick and complete. First hiccup was when the installers were late and my contact and HomeCraft was on PTO. The call center was unaware of an installation but would get back to me. Never heard back from them. My contact finally got back to me saying the installers were there but they had showed up after. It appeared they spilled a box of gutter screws in my drive way and street. Fixed two flat tires within the week. My down spouts we’re not connected to my drains either and had to do that myself. Can’t beat the price though for new gutters and guards. Didn’t like that I was told the price was good for a year but it did go up?"

The salesman (Mr. Kenneth Tarpley came out and took measurements and explained to me about their company and product. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained about the 40 year warranty that comes with the purchase for peace of mind. I made the purchase that day and had a install date within the week. The installer Allen, showed up on time cleaned out my gutters, prepped them for the leaf guards and had them installed in less 3 hours. Now that they are installed I can rest at ease, knowing I don't have worry about clogged gutters or having to climb a ladder to clean them out. It's only been a week since the install so I will have come back later on and let you know how things are going."
