"I have worked for Walmart customer service for years and still I have the same issue with self checkout. There was a bumblebee transformer marked $3 and it rang up for $25. Know that it ringing up wrong would probably happen I took pictures for proof . The self checkout associate was rude and tried to take my phone from me to prove I was wrong then he after I told him no he went to get a manager. The front end team lead was not very kind either. I find it so funny that the store you can work at will price match anything for customers while another story you shop at refuses to do so. Sends mixed signals store manager Casey?!?!?"

"The A-holes follow me Around like I'm going to steal something. And it's all because I tried to buy a tent several months back and when I went through the line. It rang up as like $2 and some change but the real price of it was $70. I felt li've got some kind of super deal or something. Because I see it happen all the time on YouTube. Stuff not ringing up as it's labeled. I'm not the one who changed the price tag on it. But when they stopped me at the door someone had put probably 5 different stickers on it from other products. I didn't do that. All I did was think I was getting a deal. And the a******* took me in back like I was a common thief. Accusing me of trying to steal it when all I did was go through the line to pay for it like I was supposed to. Now, they follow me around and I'm getting tired of it. Oh yeah, they did not give me the option to pay the regular price for the tent which I would have. And they did not give me my money back. But what I did pay for the tent and other products that day. But took them from me anyway."

"Online ordering for curbside pickup is very convenient. I get good quality fresh fruit, vegetables, & meat. I can select options for substitutions for each item ordered. I was notified that an item was unavailable about an hour before pickup. Curbside pickup went smoothly after I used the app to notify the store that I was on my way."

"It’s partially lack of accountability with the customer using pick up areas as parking and leaving the pick up customers with no space to actually do what’s made for. Walmart should definitely put measurements in place to enforce customer’s to respects pickup areas."

"Oh, how I love Walmart. Everything you could possibly need in 1 store! There are so many different options for those of us who are or aren't picky fresh fruit and veggies. Meats always look fabulous, and you can't get these prices anywhere else. If I could live here, I would! Check out is a working progress I feel like once they get more employees they'll be able to open more lanes in the meantime be prepared to scan and bag your own groceries, because the 2 lanes that are open have lines wrapped around the building. Parking is so, so I always get lost. My kids understand that every time we come here, we are going to misplace the car for about 10 minutes. I will say the parking lot is mayhem due to speeding down the rows. I can't count the times I've almost been run over from people trying to race into a parking spot or just not paying attention."
