"I love at home and want to purchase stuff all the time. But I have had a buggy full and left it and walked out more times than I purchase here. Just got done waiting for just to get some help in the rug area. See employees walking around doing other things, but nobody ever comes to help. Not only that, but they always have one person working at the checkout line with 15 and 20 people in line. What’s the point of making any purchases here if you have to stand here for 30 minutes just waiting to get rang up. Like I said love the stuff here and I want to purchase but it’s just not worth the long waits and getting no assistance. I mean why build multiple registers and no employees work at them."

"Love at home! The staff is always wonderful, every employee we’ve ever dealt with have been so friendly and helpful! It’s so refreshing compared to so many other stores out there! And they always have good stuff at great prices! Nate especially has been super helpful and extremely patient with us asking 100 questions numerous times lol! April is another one we’ve talked to at check out multiple times and is always so pleasant! We will definitely keep coming here and highly recommend this store!!"
