A neighbor suggested Patriot Restorations and we are so thankful that we did. TJ came right out on a Sunday to assess the damage and give me an estimate. His team started the cleanup ASAP the next morning. Brendan and Ashton were really great and went above and beyond to talk us through the process and answer all of our questions. They were very respectful with our property and were excellent communicators along the way. I hope we never have to but we would definitely call them again for an emergency clean up if needed."

"Patriot Restoration was nothing short of professional, thorough, and excellent communicators. We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom the damage the ceiling in our kitchen. It took longer than expected to dry out the tile, but it was well worth the wait. the Patriot team checked in on the drying out progress everyday and prevented us from have to cut into or ripping up the tile. They also did a fantastic job cleaning the ceiling joists to make sure they were dry and had no chance of developing mold. JT has hired a great team of very respectful and professional employees! "My insurance company paid Patriot $10,000.00 to do a $1,500.00 job that could be done in under a week. The check was supposed to be sent to us, and we distributed accordingly, but somehow, they had the check sent to them directly. I don't complain much and I'm not out to get Patriot but this is what i experienced. I sat in the house for a week, listening to dehumidifiers running non-stop and running our electric bill sky high, unable to walk in the bathroom because it was vacated off. I had to call them to see what was wrong because I hadn't heard from them in a week. They said they were on a few other more important jobs, and we'll get to you when we're done. They took the shower, vanity, and 1/4 of the drywall out. They were supposed to take all the tile up off the floor, and they left half the tile on the floor. They lost my crown molding that I special ordered and I can't find the molding, brass towel racks. They never called back and asked if we were pleased with their work. If you need anything else, let us know. If you have money they'll surely take it. As shysters they did a mediocre job. Not $10,000 worth. D-"

"TJ at Patriot was so supportive of us, I don’t even know where to begin. My kitchen was flooded all the way through my basement while my husband was out of town, so I was alone with three kids and he was above and beyond kind and helpful to us through the whole process. (He even brought breakfast and lunch a few times!) Working through my devastation and fears, they left my house better then it was before the accident. We also really appreciated the dry wall guy who did a fantastic job on our walls upstairs and downstairs. All around so blessed this company was here in Knoxville to save us!!!
