"Horrible if not sketchy experience. I used ServPro for water mitigation and temporary storage of my furniture while home repairs were under way from a water pipe that busted. ServPro proved time and time again that they were grifters with no grace to deescalate a situation. Most of my complaints is with how they stored my furniture off site. But they also obscured general information and left unwanted damage to my house. This was my first time with a home claim, something I was very upfront with, and they took advantage of me because of that. They charged two months upfront, non prorated, for storage without notifying me or telling me the rate upfront. Only found this out after looking at the invoice to the insurance company and tirelessly repeating myself through email and phone call. They would not disclose the location of their storage facility till I had a cash check in hand and a moving company waiting. Again, tirelessly asking for information in email and phone call. They would not tell me the cost of moving my stuff out of the storage facility and into my house till after the job was done. Claiming "special accessing" would be needed. I found a third party mover that was upfront with a quote instead. They did not use an actual storage facility. They store your furniture in a small house in Lenoir City, with little to no security or personnel. Furniture was found piled in a corner of the living room. Movers had difficulty removing it due to the many small doors for large pieces of furniture to go through. They left excessive damage ripping up base board during water mitigation. I was left with large dents in every room and on every wall. They cut a hug chunk of dry wall out of my wall without telling me as to why. Any time you asked a moderately difficult question, they would just differ to another person or blame the insurance company, further obscuring the flow of information. The main contractor specifically boasted at being my single point of contact for all enquiries at first. But things quickly turned into email/phone tag with multiple people and with unanswered questions. They recommended a contractor for repairs who would not talk to me about repairs till I could tell them how much insurance money I had in my pocket. I found a third party contractor who was upfront with a quote instead. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've have ever had. I am typically an easy person to work with who is slow to anger. They will claim I lost my temper. And...yeah. I did. They gave me reason for that. They obscured cost information and kept the location of my property a secret. I feel most people would empathize given that context. This is simply not how you run a business, especially with something as sensitive as home repair and large sums of money. I was on edge. Their customer service skills are poor, and they made what was already a stressful situation worst by taking advantage of me with my naivety on home claims and home repair."

"I spoke with Nick about a water problem I had. Even though I ended up not needing Servpro, Nick was available & helpful through the whole process. Nice to find an honest & helpful company now days. Highly recommend!"
"Servpro- Rocky Hill provided excellent service when my elderly mother needed mold remediation after a leak was found behind her fridge. Bruce and Cason and team were knowledgeable, respectful towards my mom, thorough, and efficient. Would not hesitate to contact them in the future."
"The drain from my house to the sewer system plugged up and the commode in my finished basement overflowed with a significant volume of liquid. The crew from Servpro promptly came and did the initial evaluation and cursory cleanup within 4 hours of my insurance company being notified. The next day the full crew came and did the cleanup, remediation, and removal of all the contaminated materials. The ran and monitored air movers and dehumidifiers for several days to ensure all the moisture was gone. Overall an outstanding effort to quickly and efficiently get us out of a real mess a week before family arrived for Christmas."
