"I tried to rent a jackhammer on 2 separate days but never even saw an employee. Im generally understanding of staffing issues, but after a second try, I gave up and went to the other place down the street. Its BASIC customer service to at least say , "I'll be right with you" when customers are standing around waiting for help. The equipment wasnt as nice as at the other place either, so no loss I suppose."
"Darren and Aaron do a good job running this place. Very nice and honest rental store in town and they are open on the weekends! It’s a good place to rent small tools and they are very knowledgeable in the equipment rental industry. Darren is the man, if he doesn’t have it; he knows who to refer you to even if it means losing a rental and that type of customer service is what keeps business coming back. When I think of a local business with exceptional customer service, I think of these guys."
