Michaels

"I made an online order to pick up curbside and when I got there I couldn’t remember the name that’s on my michaels online account. The associate who was on the line kept getting annoyed when I tried to explain which name I thought it was under and kept putting me on hold as I was speaking!!!! Then when she got back on the line she says very rudely , “ you made an order you’re here to pick up and you don’t even know the name it’s under”. I said again the name it should be under and she again placed me on hold in the middle of the convo. She comes back saying she doesn’t have an order for that name and I simply asked if she could just look it up by order number instead and she gets all annoyed and takes down the number then says hang on and slaps me back on hold. I get it can be frustrating however, don’t treat the customer so resell. I looked up my order via email and it is in fact under the name I had given her!!!! I know todays day and age people are just rude but when you have a customer service job try being respectful!!!! I officially won’t come back to this location as this is the second time their employees were disrespectful in two separate visits! Update… An older lady came out to make sure I got my order and she was fantastic! She apologized for the lady I spoke to on the phone and her behavior. As much as I appreciated this, I can’t delete my review as this is the second time like I stated, before I have dealt with a very rude employee."

"It's a Michaels it's easily a good store just with that. This one is pretty good even for a Michaels. They are well-stocked and have lots of little sales. I think I'd like it better if their regular prices were a bit better, but they've always been kind at the register so I have no real complaints."

"This is a standard Michaels with all of the usual services and products offered, including picture framing services. There is ample parking in front of the building."

"I can usually find what I need quickly it's a nice layout. I wish more people were at the registers sometimes, but everyone is really nice. Lines just build quickly. I imagine it's stressful for 1 worker."

"Michaels is my go to place for fake flowers and fake flowers accessories. They have a huge variety of different types of flowers for different types of occasions. They also sell vases and floral supplies like marbles, tape and scissors. Michaels is also a good place to buy bakeware. They have quite an as sort meant of cake pans, as well as kitchen utensils."
