"The guys who installed our new dryer were great! I was kept up to date as they got near. Since our laundry room is small I was concerned they would have trouble installing the dryer but they clearly were very good at their jobs and got it done!"

Even talking to a salesmen was a nice experience because he had previous experience on the installation side. I had questions about the dimensions and he had first hand experience in making sure the fit was right. With no pressure he gave me the information and I went home to consider my options. I came back and was able to get it set up for an installation the next week. My wife was home for that part and she said it was smooth and easy. All around a great shopping experience. We got appliances from a big company before and it took weeks to get the items and the customer service was miserable. It was nice to support a local business and have local support.
