"I'll never shop here again. I came in to pick up my iPad that I paid over a thousand dollars for but the POS employees that work here acted like they couldn't find it. Just giving me a hard time because they thought I'm poor.... They demanded to see my email, claiming they couldn't find my name. Two different employees acted like I was lying. I finally found my email with the barcode and when they scanned it my ordered popped up. Imagine that, I guess I'm not as poor as they think I am. They had such a stunned look on their face. Such snobby mean spirited people. I wouldn't feel sad at all if this place burned down"
"Great Mall.... This is like Westchester NY in the 80's... Amazing all the stores that you think of in a mall is here... Cinnabon, Movie Theatres, Apple store, JC Penny, Lucky jeans, loco burro great Mexican...etc..... Latest model cars displayed, Maserati, Lexus, Acura.... Very impressed I haven't been to a mall in over 10 years...... Check it out....amazing...Knoxville"
"If I could give no stars I would. I took my phone yesterday to have it fixed. It’s an iPhone 15 pro max. It had to have a new board put in it. They told me it would take til 145 to get it fixed(I took it around 11). They guy that took it I though just done like a soft reset on it. When I got it back I noticed I lost most of my pictures and every message I had. I had almost 9k pictures. Pictures of my kids when they were born. Messages and voicemails from my deceased father in law and grandmother. I’ll never get those back. If you want to keep your stuff I highly recommend NOT taking it to them."
"I was unable to get help from the representatives on the phone. They told me they were unable to do anything. I was not able to download any apps , so I went to the store directly and someone working there named Tyler M. Helped me. Although he had a hard time because the issue I had was difficult, he did not give up and he figured it out and got the job done. I wish we would get the type of service Tyler gave us everywhere we go. I don’t know who is the manager there but you need to give Tyler a raise because this guy gets it done and is very good at what he does!"
