"I will never use vinyl craft as a supplier again. I have been a fencing contractor for 23 years and I've had nothing but problems with them in the last couple of years trying to buy supplies and get orders filled, as they do not want to cater to a small business. There are several other vinyl fencing companies that are way more cost effective and much more professional than Vinyl Craft in Ventura county."

"They stole my materials...Bought a large order from company and when placing a second order took over some material left from first project. Company agreed to give me credit for items and took items from me. A month later when my second order came in I was told that they would not be given me credit for Materials that I had handed over to them. I asked them to just return the items and I would do another project with them, since they dint give me credit. I was then told that my items were thrown out and they could not be returned. Customer service in my experience has been awful. I spoke to Aaron the manager about 2 months back and he has not returned my call to offer me any kind of explanation. If your thinking about vinyl do yourself a favor find someone else."
