"I had flooring 101 install vinyl flooring in my whole house except two bedrooms. When completed installers put something down to clean floors which caused scuff marks, company would not honor there warranty. Denied twice after they put it down. At this point all we want is for them to buff it out !!!"

"The installers showed up and only then, when my stuff was in the yard and garage did they tell me they couldn't do the job. The guy who took the measurements should have checked to see if they could do the job. I had to use a different installer on short notice and the flooring cost more."

"Shopping for engineered wood floor. We went twice and browsed through their extensive samples. Found one that seemed perfect. Then we were told it had been discontinued. Picked a second choice from their samples. We were told they did not have that one either and didn't think they would be able to get it. Picked third choice and finally, after checking in the computer, we were assured that this one they had, and could order, Our contractor tried to order for a month, and was finally told that Flooring 101 didn't have it and didn't know if they could get it. We went elsewhere. On the positive side, the staff was always courteous."
