"If there’s a zero star to give, I will. I used to come to this place every month and for the past few month the people work here have changed and the quality has dropped crazily. The new person that works here did my eyebrows two times and messed it up twice. I came back the second time because I wanted to give it a chance but no, still messed it up! I told them exactly what I want and even showed a picture. But she just kept on doing it the way she wants it. She does not follow what the customer wants but insists on what she wants and keeps telling you your eyebrow don’t look good the way you want it. It’s like going to a hair salon and being forced to get a Bob when you wanted something else. It’s infuriating, it takes forever for my eyebrows to grow out and she ruined it twice in a row now. Never coming back again!"

"Hema did a wonderful job with threading my eyebrows, chin, and upper lip. She did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, patient, helpful. She was patient with me because I have very sensitive skin and she first applied aloe vera to help numb the pain. She was very sweet and understanding that it’s a painful process and that I needed breaks in between. I will definitely be returning there for any of my future needs."

"I always get my eyebrows done here and I always love how amazing they came out until today. The woman was such in a rush and I don’t understand why , she thinned out my eyebrow so much and removed the arch off of it, they look so bad and completely crooked now. She was so quick with it and I don’t get why she couldn’t take her time. 5/31 @6 pm ish"

"My sister and I came to this place and although the lady did a clean job on our eyebrows for a good price ($11 or $12 for eyebrow threading) there were a few things that she did that were a little unhygienic for the costumers, and although I honestly didn't mind others might. She didn't wear gloves, wash her hands or use hand sanitizer after having done another lady's eyebrows before going on to us, for example. Other than that it was fine, she was very kind and I appreciate her work."
