"I came here to get a blue french tip acrylic set which I made an appointment well in advance. I chose 10:30 am on the schedule yourself option online which I was later texted the night before asking if I could come in at 4 pm (which was fine with me). Jenny, who did my nails, acted very annoyed that I was there. She kept swatting each finger away once she was done, kept shaking my hands nearly yelling at me to "relax" to the point that once she was done with each finger she would tell me to relax, I wasn't asked to pick a color and she was very irritated when I told her I wanted a light blue instead of a blue she picked for me, she took numerous phone calls and was on the phone the majority of the time she was doing my nails, I could hear the other women in the salon complaining that they were hurting them while doing their pedicures. Then I asked for a hot pink flower on one of my nails - she did not double check the color, she did not ask me wear on my finger I wanted the flower she just did a flower that is off center and in the middle of my finger instead of at the top which I had wanted. Then at the end she tells me that my set will be $100. I had only brought cash in the amount that it states online when making the appointment ($60 and up). Since I had a specific colored French tip and was going to add the flower I had assumed it may be more but $40 ... I told her I had expected it to be less and didn't bring enough cash to pay in all cash. She told me there would be a 2.5% charge on any card I used or I could use their ATM and he charged an additional dollar. I paid what she had told me and didn't complain but it's been a few days and I can't stop thinking about how rudely I was treated."
