"This ACE Does NOT Honor Returns! 12-2-23 Update: After avoiding this store for nearly two years. I needed metric bolts to hang a friend’s TV. Not knowing exactly the right size, I purchased two sets of bolts and washers, so I wouldn’t have to make a repeat trip - thinking I could easy return what I did not need later in the day. It took them nearly 30 MINUTES to figure how to return and credit $9 DOLLARS worths of bolts and washers!!! Incompetence does not begin to describe it!!! Looks like I will avoid this store as much as possible in the future!!! And if there’s a possibility you might need to return something, I suggest you do the same."

"Seriously good service. But....if you ever get yourself in front of Deedee while driving down the road be prepared for some pretty nasty road rage! As sweet as she is in the store she has a horrible side to her when she has someone in front of her while driving. She'll cut you off, pass you using the center turn lane and run red lights to get to wherever she's going. It's best to just pull over the and let her pass."
"The staff ia friendly and always asking to help. It's shocking just how much they fit into this little store! They have all of your home electrical need, and all of your hardware needs, like screws, nail, nuts, bolts. They have a better selection of electrical and hardware than HomeDepot or Lowes so definetly keep them in mind."
