"We went this past Saturday and was helped by the younger lady working (her name might be Luci) The place is clean and they were friendly to us. We came in as walk-ins, first time here. However, my mom was extremely upset with her haircut. It seems as the lady is very new and she never said that or asked her mom (the more experienced one it seemed) for help. My mom went in telling her exactly what she wanted and explaining it many times, too many to be honest. She did also ask her for her opinion of what she wanted as she believed she would know more. My mom was charged $50 for a haircut she did not ask for at all. The lady does not understand the haircuts people come in asking for."
