"100% Satisfied, Caliber Collision and Carlos the Manager were amazing and made this whole process so easy and quick. From the second I walked in I was offered complimentary water and snacks and the office staff was cheerful and funny. They completed the repairs in half the time of the estimate and the cost was reasonable. They were very transparent about the entire process and costs and I felt calm and trusted them. As I was driving off Carlos the manager flagged me down and offered to repair my burned out tail light for free. Will definitely be returning to this shop as the quality and customer service is unmatched. They made me feel like family here and that’s why I will be recommending them to all of my loved ones. "Not a good experience. My car was supposed to be ready before Christmas but I received a call to let me know they tried to put the bumper back on before the paint was dry and messed it up, so they had to repaint and do it over. When I arrived to pick up my car, they told me they repainted my original bumper, which was news to me, because at my consultation/drop-off they told me it would take about a week for the new bumper to come in, so that was a weird lie. Since they chose to refurbish my original bumper unbeknownst to me, it looked horrible and they offered to order a new bumper… again, but I couldn’t afford to be without my car for another however many weeks. Such a waste of my time. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want quality, HONEST work and communication."

"From start to finish I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. They were very courteous and kind - which I appreciated since it was my first time repairing my car after an accident. I dropped my car off for repairs on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Friday - very speedy in the grand scheme of repairs! The repair representatives were all very friendly, I'm grateful for Jesse for his help. I unfortunately do not remember the front desk gal's name but she was awesome too! I also really appreciate that you took the time to give the car a wash - it looked spotless! Hypothetically if I were ever to get into this situation again (hopefully not!) I will be coming back."
