"Last month, I had a major flood in my home, affecting both stories of the structure. My insurance adjuster put me in contact with BMS CAT. I got a call from Delshad within an hour after referral from my insurance company. They were there same day, estimating damages, and starting mitigation. Equipment was in the home and work was started less than 24hrs after the event, which was impressive. Delshad and the crew that came were awesome - they were patient with me as I coordinated with my adjuster, quick to respond to any concern that I had, and took care of my house like it was their own. One of the crew members even said to me, "don't worry about it - we got you covered." The crew even moved my furniture out into my garage, salvaging my belongings. It was just one less thing that I had to worry about in a very chaotic time. When mitigation was done, I was referred to Wayne and Chad on the construction side. They were also great to work with. Chad stuck with me on the day-to-day management of construction, was extremely responsive, and worked to rectify any concerns that I had. I wasn't home for any of the construction, but coordinating around that was very easy. Now, construction is finished and I'm back in my home after a month. I am overall very satisfied with BMS CAT and the service that they have provided.
