"We absolutely love Coolray! They are reliable and very professional. We have been using them for about a year. We have gotten 2 new toilets, a sink, water heater, water filtration system, and they just put in a new hvac for us today. We are members so we get calls throughout the year asking if they can come check on our items and if we need any work, they come out almost immediately. Every person from Coolray that has been to our house has been so nice and knows what they are doing. Definitely recommend these guys, they are without a doubt the best!"
"Coolray technicians were great! On time, courteous, clean and efficient, and made sure I was happy with the end product before they left. I have used them many times and will continue to. Reasonable prices as well. Thank you Jamey and your helper, sorry, I forgot his name. Great job!"
"Our experience with Coolray has been five star from diagnosing issues, to follow up maintenance. Coolray’s commitment to servicing our system has been excellent. Josh was wonderful! Their staff is courteous, friendly and genuinely seems interested in doing a good job. My husband and I would highly recommend this company for your home heating and air conditioning needs whether your home is new or an established home such as ours."
"We had a major project due to a burst pipe and very old pipes from the water main and the interior plumbing. Kevin, our 1st tech arrived on time and was so great in diagnosing the problem, offering recommendations and providing us with financing options. He recommended and contacted a company for the remediation work from the burst pipe and subsequent water damage, but he also cut and capped the broken pipeline so we would finally have running water. Tommy and his crew who came out the next day to tackle the big piping redo, were awesome. They arrived on time, assessed the job and communicated the scope of work very clearly to me throughout the entire process. He also called in additional people to assist with the substantial workload in order to complete the job in one day. The whole crew was very efficient, very professional and did a great job preparing my house for the mess and then cleaning up well after the job was completed. They took great care to protect the integrity of my home and left me with minimal holes in my drywall. Jennifer White, who helped me book the project was so easy to communicate with. She quickly responded to my concerns and did a great job helping me book an amazing crew. She followed up throughout the day to check on the progress and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Very impressed with the amount of professionalism and thoroughness shown by the entire company. I would recommend Coolray to anyone!"
"I had a great experience working with Coolray. Erica came out to the house to diagnose an issue with our kitchen sink not draining and master bathroom toilet not flushing. She took a really comprehensive look at all our plumbing lines (and spent a long time in the crawlspace) and recommended that we redo the sewer lines. She was concerned that the toilet not flushing was partly because the sewer lines didn't have the necessary slope, and partly because there was a lot of oscillation between 3" and 4" pipes. That was a big (and expensive) recommendation, but she had taken such care and gave such a thorough explanation, that I trusted her to make that call. I even made the decision to do extra work and replace the water lines, too (which wasn't something Erica had focused on) so all the plumbing would be up to date. The Coolray team was able to get almost all of it done within one day, except for reconnecting the water lines (which they left connected to the originals to allow the house to have water overnight). They sent pictures along the way to document their progress, which I appreciated. One of the pictures showed an incredible buildup of grease within the sewer pipe (see photo) which made me feel absolutely convinced that Erica's recommendation to replace it was right. There was an unexpected change order, which was that while running the new sewer line they accidentally discovered an old, disconnected septic tank buried in the front yard. To bring it up to code (and make it safer going forward) they needed to fill it with gravel. So financially that was an unpleasant surprise, but I did appreciate that Coolray was doing everything with permits and according to code, and it was a genuine safety issue to have an empty, obsolete septic tank under the yard. When they reconnected the water lines the next day, and we took stock of everything, there were two problems. First, the toilet still wasn't flushing quite right. Second, the new, improved level of water pressure (from replacing the water pipes) was putting strain on the shower fixtures, causing one to leak and the other to have difficulty with the toggle that pushes water up from the bath to the shower. I spoke to a manager at Coolray who sent out a senior technician to give the best possible chance of getting everything fixed, especially since our showers were built with cabinets directly behind them, making it very hard to access the fixtures. The tech came out and was able to rebuild one valve, fix the switch that sent the water up to the shower head, and replace the toilet (we ultimately had to do that) and at the end of the day, everything was great. Before closing, I also wanted to mention a few little things I appreciated about Coolray's approach. (1) Each invoice came with a bunch of pictures attached. (2) They sent me automated notifications, with a profile photo, for each technician who came out to the house. (3) They used blue and red pipe sleeves to make it really clear which were the cold and hot water pipes. In summary, Coolray took on a very big job, did it in a timely fashion, communicated well about it, and kept coming back until the job was fully done. I would highly recommend them."
