"I hope that I never have another blowout or get stranded on the side of the road again in my entire life if I have to deal with this company again. I was told that my wait time wouldn't be 30 to 60 minutes initially. Then, I was told that I must pay before they send the tow truck out to get my car. Then after about an hour and 45 minutes I receive another call stating that the driver is on his way. When I questioned the person who called me stating that I was told it would be 30 to 60 minutes and then I feel I should be recompensed for the amount of time that I had been waiting, he just kept reading from a script stating that the driver has already been sent out and that if I cancel I will still have to pay at least 50% or possibly 100% of the charge. After that, I waited for a total of 3 HOURS. My accident happened at 7:00 p.m. and the tow truck didn't get there until 10:15 p.m. that is utterly insane to think that you shouldn't give me some of my money back for waiting 3 hours when you promised me it would be no longer than 1 hour. TDOT came and visited me twice to make sure that I was okay before the tow truck actually got there. The fact that the company was unwilling to budget at all says a lot about itself. Worst customer service in the history of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would."
